Head in The Clouds Â The Ground

Amna Mountain It is ironic that this inhospitable mountain is surrounded by such rich lands, and peaks at a Bridge that leads into the clouds. Its riddled with steep, crumbling slopes and bogs, and when reaching the higher recesses of the mountain, the ground is thick with permafrost and the air cold with snow. Being one of the highest points in the area, when it rains here, it rains with force and gales are an attractive accompaniment. Trees - oak and elm - battle it out with their long, healthy branches, whilst the rain can create mudslides that, although rare, will slither down the mount, smothering everything in its path. White Ribbon Cascades Roaring one over the other like claps of thunder, the water that tumbles from the crumbling cliffs of Amna Mountain above dashes from the rocks in a dozen different places. So fierce are these Cascades that there is barely a speck of blue amongst the chalk-white foam, until deep into the steadying ripples much further downstream. Clearly this is a treacherous place, but is a magnet to all manner of creatures that prowl innocently by the waters edge. And whether they are to be watched, approached or hunted with spear and arrow is beyond even the power of White Ribbon Cascades.	RSS Email	12/31/69 09:00:00

White Ribbon Cascades

Head in The Clouds Â Amnakir

Central District The Houses of Sun and Moon are riddled with learning and intelligence but the Central District is where the real city lies. Shops, Blacksmiths, Tailors, Hospitals, Taverns, Libraries, Schools and all else that makes up a civilians world nestle amongst sandy-bricked buildings and the canopy of vast markets. The main road is wide, and paved with glistening white stone, but in the darker lines of dusty alleyways, the danger and treason of the city lies. From far above, the Central District is a massive web of streets and buildings, all hustling and bustling with everyday life some of it homely and pleasant; some of it below disagreeable	RSS Email	0	0	12/31/69 09:00:00
Arrowclove Looming above the hustle and throng of the busy Central District, high up in East District is a hill of Stationary Cloud, meandered by a silver-tiled road. And whilst hundreds maybe thousands of temples and shrines are dotted about Amnakir and the Houses of Magic, it is at the top of this hill that once stood grandest, largest temple of all. It is called Arrowclove or was - and once housed priests of both Sol and Thoth. It was dotted with statues, idols, icons, emblems, banners, tapestries, altars, shrines, monuments, mausoleums, obelisks and massive columns. Sunweaver - Erestor Elladan The House of Sun itself is of a large, castle-like appearance. It lies in the North District of the City, which is the highest and therefore the closest to the sun warm, light and delicately-lit. Beyond the elegant walls, thatched turrets, well-kept gardens and mighty double-doors, the interior of the House is vast. Its halls are lit brilliantly with exquisite stained-glass windows, and the tall ceiling of every room is shaped, as if a dome. The spacious sleeping-chambers are in the upper quarters, up wide, marble staircases.Courtly studies, libraries and ornaments complete the prosperous look, suiting fully those devoted to the Suns Magic. Moonweaver - Idril TuilindoThe House of Moon seems to be bathed in beautiful, mysterious intellect. It takes the appearance of a gathering of temples, with every stone that makes up these tall rooms being of perfect quality. Halls of learning lie outside, sheltered beneath a pillar-held roofing that crawls with ivy, so the scholars can pace beneath their study of interest the Moon whilst at work. Marble walkways twist elegantly above the largest rooms, and only in amongst the warm, homeliness of the upper sleeping-chambers can this message of grandeur be discarded.
